San Francisco Approves Large Trump Statue in Golden Gate Park
[Parody – This is a joke]
In a shocking development, San Francisco has officially approved a very large Golden Trump Statue in Golden Gate Park, at the foot of the park where it hits Ocean Beach. Neighbors are scratching their heads as 80% of residents voted for Kamala Harris in 2024.
This development comes as a surprise due to the nature of San Francisco being very liberal. However it seems that support for President Trump is strong and growing in this paradise of left-wing politics. The citizens have spoken, they want this statue.
In an interview with Sunset Dunes Park dweller Mike Newsom, he said he was surprised the statue was being erected as most people didn’t realize there was going to be a statue there. Another person, Karen Awful, said it was a travesty of justice that this was happening, and noted someone put a “Trump is Your President” sticker on her Subaru without asking.
In a vote of 16-1 the San Francisco Magistrate voted to approve the statue. One member, Connie Hatr voted against it, noting the statue was too small and thus doesn’t reflect real “San Francisco Values”.
